Haley and Bruce, here’s the full plan. One Saturday, one live performance, an original song, a warehouse full of your team, and a spark finale. Check out the video below where I walk you through the concept and the process.
Talroo goes big on team events. Hot air balloons, sailing, a Starship launch. This year the bar is a group dance video, and that means a song, choreography, a venue, lighting, and a crew all working on one Saturday.
Here’s the thing. There is no studio big enough for 50 people dancing, and it’s hard enough to get everyone in one room once, let alone twice. So we keep it to one morning, and we do all the heavy lifting so Haley and the Talroo team can just have fun.
A 90 second to 2 minute group dance video set to an original song with a fun, easy to dance to vibe. Think Gangnam Style meets the Electric Slide. Nobody has to be perfect. We’re not trying to win an award, we’re trying to make something memorable that everyone can do together.

We’ll create the track with a local music producer, using AI only to fill gaps where it makes sense. Catchy, 90 seconds to two minutes, and it doesn’t need to be about talent acquisition. It needs to be fun.

Multiple cameras with dynamic movement capture the full group in a large warehouse space. We zoom in on groups as they take their moment, then pull back wide for the finale.

Depending on the venue we can bring in dynamic lighting. Either way we’re planning pyro spark effects with a licensed operator so the last move of the routine hits like a crescendo.
Since our first call, my producer and I have been laying the groundwork. Here’s where the three big pieces stand.
We need a large indoor space that can hold 50 team members plus our crew, with room to shape the lighting. We’ve already curated a few options. Once we get the green light we confirm availability, do site visits, and lock the space.
We have a contact in Austin who owns a hip hop studio and we’ve already reached out. She’ll build a routine that’s easy and repeatable, and we’ll develop it alongside the song so the beats and the moves line up. Roughly two hours of practice, thirty minutes of filming.
Clean title cards, name lowers for the BTS interviews, and the Talroo logo at the close of each video. We keep it light so the dance stays the star, with room to lean into peacock colors and any custom shirts your team creates.
We align on scope, iron out final details, and lock in your kickoff call.
Week of Sept 7Song, choreography, venue, effects, wardrobe, run of show. We coordinate it all and loop you in for approvals along the way.
Kicks off week of Sept 14We show up with the gear, the crew, and the effects team and make this a great morning for everyone.
Sat, Dec 12We cut, color, and craft the performance film plus the BTS video that tells the story of the day.
Dec / JanFull production of the Talroo holiday dance performance film and behind the scenes film. Original song with a local music producer, choreographer and dance instruction, warehouse venue scouting and coordination, spark effects with a licensed operator and permitting, multi-camera filming of the practice and live performance, and full editing.
We’ve already pulled preliminary numbers on the venue, the song, and the effects. We don’t see this going over budget.
Download the full proposalYou’re not working with a single person. My producer has been with me for over five years and my editing team for over seven. We’ve been in Austin 14 years, we know the venues and the vendors, and every project runs through our client portal so you can see every milestone and task in real time.
Mosaic brought our new company story to life better than we ever expected, filming, editing, animating and producing 5 videos simultaneously on a very tight deadline. Even at the last minute, the night before launch, they accommodated final changes overnight.

Mark and the Mosaic Team knew EXACTLY what to do from the start from our first phone call. It was great to work with someone who could lead our vision from start to finish. Their prices are very affordable for the quality of work you get.

The end result was stellar. I received numerous positive comments from people across our company. Mark and Juliette were not only professional, but went above and beyond multiple times. This video has created a new bar of excellence at our company.

Take some time to review and talk it over internally. We’re collaborative by nature, so if you have creative ideas or want to change anything, bring them. You’re the boss, we follow your lead.
Pick a time that works. We’ll confirm scope, answer any questions, and adjust anything you and Bruce want changed.
We finalize scope, send over a simple outline, and a deposit secures December 12 as your production date.
We schedule your planning meeting with my producer, who works with you on all the creative and logistics from there.
